Job descriptionAs a (junior) System Engineer / Skilled support employee you will be working at a brand new plant of our relation to assist them with user management and workplace management and to support the commissioning of the plant. Once the plant is "up and running" you will manage tickets, resolve issues and escalate to the responsible teams for further support.
What will you do as a System Engineer/Support Employee?
-Implement and manage 'endpoints' for the office and factory.
-Picking up 1st and 2nd line tickets especially on user management and workstation management.
-Onboarding of new users.
-You will liaise closely with the IT department in the UK.
-Monitoring and troubleshooting office / factory endpoints.
-Monitoring, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of problems and incidents
Job Requirements
As a System Engineer / skilled support employee, you will meet the following requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar roles;
-Proficient Dutch and English language skills
-Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 (preferable MCSA certified),Microsoft server and AD
-General knowledge of VMware VDI solutions
-Basic knowledge of IT infrastructures and networks (Access points, switches etc.).
-General hardware experience (PCs, Laptops, Phones, Printers, Scanner etc.) knowledge and expertise with installing end user hardware.
-Familiar with ITIL processes and working with ITSM tools
-General experience in Ticket resolution, SLA compliance
-Good Knowledge level of Azure (Intune (edra) and Office 365
-Occasionally you can work a consignation / weekend shift
-Weekly 40 hours of working on the factory location 5 days, fully on-site (Rotterdam-Maasvlakte!)
Job Offer
An assignment till the end of 2024
An hourly rate of max € 60 per hour
