Your role: Senior DevOps SRE Engineer AWS Amsterdam
As Senior DevOps SRE Engineer AWS Amsterdam you will have the unique opportunity to merge 3 heavily used mission-critical AWS/GCP platforms into one brand new cloud native AWS platform. Crucial for the global company's success, so talk about having an impact! Here you get to build and manage the AWS infrastructure from scratch, mature SRE practices, continuously optimize CI/CD deployment, roll out IaC, leverage (streaming data) monitoring, and automated alerting, while servicing some of the best engineers around! As new tech can immediately impact the bottom line you can look forward to always being able to work with the most cutting edge setup, with lots of room for new ideas! In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced and inspiring CTO and to provide your input on the strategic(technical) course of the company. What is required?

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in DevOps
• Solid SRE experience in infrastructure and application monitoring
• 2+ years of High Availability / Mission Critical AWS infrastructure experience
• Solid understanding of scalable web architecture and cloud infrastructure
• Solid Linux experience and Bash Scripting
• Experience with Security in the Cloud
• Professional experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Big Data Monitoring tools, like Datadog
• Experience with IaC and CI/CD automation
• Experience with Python is a plus
• Experience with EKA, Lamdha, ECS/Artifactory, Terraform
• A completed technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus
