Roseman Labs is a deep-tech company with an innovative analytics solution that guarantees data privacy. Our Virtual Data Lake (VDL) enables multiple parties to perform joint data analyses without having to share the underlying data with each other. We have a solid customer base, we have secured funding, and we are growing fast. To boost our growth, we are looking for a DevOps engineer.

De vacature

The core of our VDL product uses techniques from modern cryptography to enable the privacy features. However, the engine is not complete without an ecosystem of user interfaces, APIs, and easy deployments  – that’s where you come in! You will play an important role in designing and building efficient deployment infrastructures (including SaaS) and streamlining our CI/CD pipelines. You will be working closely with our full-stack and kernel team.
 

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure using Terraform
• Manage and scale our Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and performance
• Design, develop and implement innovative hosting solutions for our SaaS and on-prem products
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize the CI/CD pipeline
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
• Implement security best practices to protect our systems and data

Hier gaan we vanuit

• BSc degree or higher and in possession of a curious and analytical mindset
• Proven experience in a DevOps or SRE role where you have designed and maintained scalable infrastructures
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Proficiency with concepts such as Infra-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure
• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash and Python
• Experience with hands-on troubleshooting at the Linux command line
• Experience with Docker or Podman
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• You speak English at a professional level
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• You are hands-on, proactive, and structured. In particular, you strongly value quality
• You are creative and not afraid to step outside of your comfort zone
• You appreciate the benefits and challenges of working at a start-up
