• Work collaboratively with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to formulate business requirements for product or system modifications;
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline operations;
• Develop comprehensive Process Design Documents;
• Conduct testing for automations to ensure functionality and efficiency;
• Provide cost estimations for new automations and improvements to existing ones;
• Facilitate clear communication between developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements;
• Coordinate with fellow Business Analysts to establish consistent working methodologies;
• Mentor and support other Business Analysts within the team;
• Manage and execute projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project objectives;
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution.

Gevraagd

• Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field;
• Proficiency in process automation principles and technologies;
• Hands-on experience utilizing Automation Anywhere software, with a track record of successful implementation projects (plus);
• Problem-solving skills and strong analytical capabilities, with attention to detail and precision.
• Expertise in process analysis;
• Ability to effectively communicate technical findings and process insights to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver high-quality outcomes within specified deadlines.

• Location: Remote;
• Duration: 6 months with possibilities of extension
