Your job: Senior Software Engineer Amsterdam
Because they are continuously and successfully growing, we are looking for a Polyglot Senior Software Engineer who likes to combine backend with cloud. You will play an important role in developing strategy, vision, architecture, design and implementation of highly complex, challenging and impactful issues. As a Senior Software Engineer Amsterdam you will help leading companies with their transition from on-premise to cloud-native in a multidisciplinary squad. You will work closely with the best cloud and software engineers in the Netherlands. In the past, they have helped multiple companies move from tech follower to tech leader by creating faster and more reliable services. Has it always been your dream to combine (backend) software engineering with cloud, then this job is made for you!

What is required?

• At least 4 years of professional development experience as a backend software engineer
• Professional experience with Java, Kotlin or Golang
• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
• Strong communicative
• A completed technical HBO or WO education or demonstrable work and thinking level
• You like to keep yourself informed of new developments
• Clean coding and automated testing is second nature to you
• Cloud-native experience is a plus
• Experience with software design and architecture is a big plus
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases is a plus
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with Public Speaking is a nice to have

 

What is on offer?

• Between € 75.000 and € 105.000 gross per year based on experience and added value
• Immediately a permanent contract!
• 5% year-end bonus
• € 11.160 mobility contribution on top of your salary
• € 5.000 training budget per year + 6 training days + 20 knowledge sessions per year
• Ability to work 32, 36 or 40 hours
