Founded by one of the most established financial players in Europe, they were the first movers to convert their core software platform into unprecedented insights and products within Europe. Your role: Senior Java Developer Amsterdam
In your role as Senior Java Developer Amsterdam you get the chance to take this platform to an even higher level. You work closely with the business and your tech team, where you are constantly looking for how you can build shared services through the reusability of your software. So you can really dive deep into the bottom layer of the tech here, and therefore contribute a lot of innovation and make an impact! Due to the continuous success and therefore growth of the number of customers, there are many challenges regarding resilience, scalability and availability. You can also sink your teeth into DevOps challenges here; CI/CD, Containerization, Test Automation. Or would you rather work full stack? That is also possible! You can go all out here. You can launch all kinds of very disruptive products here in the short term that only strengthen their proposition, AND that will be built from scratch! So a great opportunity to take services and functionalities to the next level where there is already a lot of load (nice feed feedback on your work!), as well as design and build brand new services!

What is asked?

• 4+ years of professional development experience with Java11+/Spring
• A high quality product mindset
• You like to work closely on the business
• A completed BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with cloud such as AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus
• Experience with NoSQL such as Cassandra or MongoDB is a plus
• Experience with Test-Automation and/or CI/CD is a plus

• Salary between €75.000 and €85.000 based on knowledge and experience
