Your role: Senior Java Developer Amsterdam
As a Senior Java Developer Amsterdam you will work on designing, developing, deploying, testing, and improving their global high-performance microservices platform. Because they are small and can quickly implement changes, there is still a huge amount of greenfield waiting for the business. The good thing about this is that as a Backend Engineer, you are end-to-end responsible for all the software you write. This includes architecture design, building, test automation, setting up CI/CD, and monitoring. So you really get 100% full ownership, and you only have to blink and you can make changes! How often do you see that? You will do this together with a very driven, inspiring, and experienced CTO in the field, who has already successfully scaled up a tech company. You will be a direct sparring partner for him, and exchange many thoughts. In short, there is also a lot to learn on the business side and so you can really boost your career.

What is being asked?

• At least 5 years of professional software developmentexperience
• Professional experience with Java11+ & Spring Boot
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with cloud such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
• Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog is a plus
• Experience with test automation & CI/CD is a big plus
• You see the value of working in the office with your colleagues

What is offered?

• Salary between €80.000 & €95.000 based on knowledge and added value
• Work 40 or 32 hours, with flexible working hours
