Guiding, training and supporting a development team and the Product Owner, with an Agile way of working. You as a Scrummaster are part of the Reporting & Analytics team of CITO First Line Risk (FLR). 

You flourish in an environment where change is part of your day-to-day work life and are ready to solve ad hoc problems on the go. You believe in Agile in good and bad times and are amazing at getting other people as excited as yourself. You know what people want and need and adapt your way of working as a Scrummaster based to this.

You will collaborate with one delivery team within Reporting & Analytics and be involved in alignment and coordination with the other delivery team.
These two teams focus on delivery of essential IT Risk & Security compliancy reporting and forward looking analytics. The products developed for the CITO domain are high priority, visible at the highest level within the CITO organization, content driven but process savvy and involve complex stakeholder management.

• Master degree Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Change Management or related.
• 2 years of Scrum Master experience.
• PSM I certificate, a PSM II is a plus.
• Experience in a complex IT domain & BI.
• You know how to get things done.
• Coach people to take advantage from working agile.
• Interpersonal skills, strong communication skills.

• Your salary will be 3000 - 8000 euro per month gross
