About Your Future Job:

As the Front-End Power BI Developer, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and your team to create, maintain, and enhance various BI dashboard products. Your role involves:

• Translating changing business demands into effective products/dashboards.
• Setting up and maintaining dashboard templates and structures.
• Collaborating effectively with both BI colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining dashboards within our Power BI environment.
• Your typical day includes stand-ups with the team, meetings with stakeholders to discuss dashboard changes, and development tasks in collaboration with the EIM BI developers and scrum team members.

Expected activities and outputs include:

• Delivering business results and customer value through Power BI dashboards.
• Maintaining specific working standards within reporting and dashboard templates.
• Translating customer/business needs into visual mockups and engaging dashboards.
• Engaging in continuous discovery to understand customer needs.
• Proactively seeking customer feedback and presenting product demos to empower team members.

Seeking a colleague who:

• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Has at least 2 years of experience within a complex organization.
• Is experienced with agile working, certification is a plus.
• Has proficiency in BI reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and is results-oriented.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and organizational sensitivity.
• Is enthusiastic, driven, and persuasive in stakeholder communication.
• Is a team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
