This Scale-up has developed software that allows organisations to better manage employees for growth and development. They combine their platform with personal attention from their HR-expertise to guide customers and improve the culture in their organization or team. Because what gets attention, grows! The team now consists of 15 colleagues in IT, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success. Also within the team, they (of course!) do everything to bring out the best in themselves. There is a very informal working atmosphere. They have a bar in the company canteen where they regularly have drinks together (not just on Friday afternoons). But they also regularly go out for a bite to eat together or do something fun like visiting Pinkpop with a group of colleagues.

Currently, around 100 customers use the software. With numbers ranging from 30 to 3,000 employees. The software can integrate with various HR-information systems and related tools such as Slack and Teams. On a daily basis, they are optimising the software. The software enables managers with which they can record employee development and engagement. The software includes templates for interviews, skills management, 360 feedback, and talent review.

As a Frontender, you work on new features and interfaces with React.js, among other things, but you also contribute to the architecture and integration with the Node.js GraphQL backend. You ensure a fine user experience and continuously expand the UIKit with new components. For example, a search functionality that allows users to search for specific skills. You do this together with currently 3 colleagues (Front-end and Fullstack).

- You have experience in TypeScript and React (or Vue/Angular)
- You like working with modern software architecture and best-practices
- You have an affinity with UX and Design, and can work out a design for different screen sizes
- You are proactive and like to think along based on your knowledge and experience
- You can work independently as well as in a team
