YACHT is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of various projects for our clients.

As a Project Manager, you could be responsible for leading and overseeing projects in sectors such as banking, finance, telco, retail, healthcare, semiconductor, and aviation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects within large organizations.

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for various initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Project Portfolio: Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including but not limited to software development, migrations, implementations, infrastructure, and security projects.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project success. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment of project goals with organizational objectives. Manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent delays and budget overruns.

Requirements:

• HBO diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Experience in sectors such as banking, finance, telco, retail, and aviation within large organizations.
• Proven experience in managing projects related to software development, migrations, implementations, infrastructure, or security.
• Certification in Prince2, Agile Project Management, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
