Senior Data Analyst

Position Description
Are you an expert and enthusiastic person on analyzing data and data visualization ? We’re looking forward to hear from you!

Your role in our team
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions.
• Executes quantitative / statistical analyses that translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with other data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to identify and define use cases, formulate hypotheses, design solution for stakeholders.

How you join our team
We are expecting to see following expertise and skills:

Technical Skills
• Bachelor or master degree (or equivalent) in economics/business, mathematics, statistics or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in cloud environment.
• Exhibit high level of proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, PySpark and coding best practices.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau or other tools.
• Experience with Advance Analytics techniques (Forecasting, Prediction, Cluster Analysis & Machine Learning) and eagerness to learn and develop in this area.
• Analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of the financial sector and/or banking products.
• Affinity towards technical topics amongst others data engineering.
• Certifications like Microsoft PL-300 certification and Microsoft AZ-900 certification.

Soft Skills
• Experience with Scrum/Agile principles
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and derive actionable insight from data.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
