Position Description

Your role in our team
As a business consultant, you'll work with one of our retail clients, aiding in their digital transformation. You'll translate business issues into clear requirements and play a key role in implementing solutions. This involves close collaboration with product owners and project managers across various areas such as operations, IT, commerce, and marketing. Alongside your client work, you'll participate in focus groups to foster knowledge sharing and personal development, enriching our collective expertise and reputation.

How you strengthen our team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good writing skills;
- Possess good analytical sense;
- Minimally 3 years of experience In retail and/or retail consultancy
- Demonstrate a good sense of thoroughness, attention to detail and care;
- Passion for digital transformation across the complete value chain
- Highly organized, you will be juggling multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small (cross functional) team;
- Experience as business analyst or project manager in agile environments is a plus
- Hands on and Can-do mentality.
- Located in the Netherlands
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
