Your role in our team

You will be part of a passionate club of professionals. You are responsible for (part of) the design of one or more systems. This role requires communication and interaction with multiple teams. You are the ultimate discussion partner for our customers at different levels and you are also able to share your knowledge and current developments in your field with your CGI colleagues.

How you strengthen our team

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you're a customer-focused, analytical team player with a deep understanding of Cloud technologies. You actively contribute to project setups, working alongside fellow solution architects on Cloud vision and architecture, while collaborating with diverse DevOps teams. Your strong communication skills, versatility, and proactive approach make you a compelling and influential team member.

We also ask for:
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect in application development
• A completed university (Dutch: HBO or WO) education with a strong ICT component
• Excellent communication and social skills and a good command of both the Dutch and English languages
• Experience with Agile methods and principles such as DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, Continuous Integration and Continuous Development and associated tooling (eg. Azure DevOps)
• Certified in and hands-on experience with at least one core Cloud technology, such as Microsoft Azure and / or Amazon AWS
• Experience with data migration from on-premise to Cloud platforms
• Knowledge of and experience with security aspects around Cloud platforms
• Knowledge and experience in the financial sector (desirable)

Your role in our team

As Solution Architect at CGI, you will take the lead in digital solutions, connecting business with IT and making decisions about the integrated solutions. You support the entire life cycle, from concept to implementation and operation. Together with our team, you strengthen the financial sector by realizing successful projects and guiding customers in solving complex business problems using OutSystems. You are a pioneer, think outside the box and bring value with OutSystems technology.

• Experience with architecture modelling e.g. ArchiMate
• Experience with data migration from on-premise to Cloud platforms
• Knowledge of and experience with security aspects around Cloud platforms
• Knowledge and experience in the financial sector (desirable)
