• Monitoring system/application- performance;
• Making sure that all the incoming questions and issues are resolved as quickly as possible;
• Configuring, Patching and maintaining the application within the Azure environment;
• Being the contact person and giving support to end users;
• Being in contact with the vendor;
• Supporting and operating SaaS platform.

Gevraagd

• You have a degree within the IT field;
• You have experience with Stakeholdermanagement and Azure (Pre);
• You are familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• You have good communication skills in English;
• You are a team player and want to become a true professional in every way.
