As a Native Developer you will work on three mobile products used daily by thousands of users You will join an experienced team of over 60 developers with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing

Currently one native app is live a social intranet app that enables internal communication and information sharing A second app designed for tenants and housing applicants is about 75 percent complete while a third communication app is in the early development stage

The teams follow the Spotify model small autonomous squads of 8 to 12 people each responsible for a specific product line Within your squad you will collaborate closely with developers designers and product owners to build new features enhance performance and deliver an outstanding user experience

You will have freedom in technical decision making and architecture with a strong focus on quality collaboration and innovation Your role includes setting up new apps from scratch as well as maintaining and improving existing ones

• Experience with React Native for both iOS and Android
• Strong foundation in TypeScript
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture
• Experience with state management libraries Git Unit Testing and CI CD pipelines is a plus
• Experience with Kotlin or Swift and interest in working with React Native is also possible
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
• Bases in the Netherlands since you will be working at the office 2 times a week
• Right to work in the Netherlands required (no visa sponsorship available)
