Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren IT Infrastructure Solution Architect met focus op Hybrid Infrastructure. In deze rol help je bij het ontwerpen en implementeren van robuuste, schaalbare en veilige oplossingen die zowel on-premises datacenters als publieke cloudomgevingen omvatten. Jouw rol binnen ons team
Je speelt een sleutelrol in het overbruggen van traditionele infrastructuur met cloud-innovatie en zorgt ervoor dat onze oplossingen voldoen aan hoge standaarden op het gebied van prestaties, schaalbaarheid, beveiliging en bedrijfscontinuïteit.

• Ontwerp hybride infrastructuuroplossingen die cloud- en on-premises systemen integreren, afgestemd op bedrijfsdoelen en IT-strategie.
• Definieer architectuurblauwdrukken voor compute, opslag, netwerken en identity services in hybride omgevingen.
• Werk samen met business- en technische stakeholders om vereisten te verzamelen, bestaande infrastructuur te beoordelen en moderniseringsinitiatieven voor te stellen.
• Waarborg consistentie, veiligheid en governance over de omgevingen heen, met toepassing van automatisering, observability en veerkracht.
• Leid infrastructuurassessments, migraties en transformatieprojecten die legacy-systemen verbinden met moderne platformen.
• Stel documentatie op zoals oplossingsontwerpen, implementatierichtlijnen en architectuurstandaarden.
• Ondersteun het beheer van de infrastructuurlevenscyclus, disaster recovery-planning en capaciteitsprognoses.
• Treed op als vertrouwde adviseur voor engineering- en operations-teams en deel best practices op het gebied van hybride infrastructuur.

Hoe jij ons team versterkt
•Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Informatietechnologie, Computertechniek of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
•Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het ontwerpen en implementeren van enterprise IT-infrastructuur, inclusief hybride cloudmodellen.
•Diepgaande kennis van virtualisatieplatformen, opslagsystemen en netwerkarchitecturen.
•Hands-on ervaring met public cloud-diensten en hybride connectiviteitsoplossingen.
•Vaardig in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
•Goed begrip van identity & access management in cloud- en on-prem-omgevingen.
•Bekendheid met relevante beveiligings- en compliancekaders zoals ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2.
•Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om complexe concepten over te brengen aan zowel technische als niet-technische doelgroepen.

Pré's
Certificeringen zoals TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect of vergelijkbaar.
Ervaring met DevOps-tools en -methodieken (bijv. Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines).
Bekend met ITIL-processen en servicemanagementframeworks.

Position Description
Are you passionate about shaping modern IT landscapes? We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Solution Architect with a focus on Hybrid Infrastructure to help design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions across on-premises data centers and public cloud environments.If you're driven by complex technical challenges and thrive in dynamic hybrid IT environments, we’d love to hear from you!

Your role in our team
You’ll play a key part in bridging traditional infrastructure with cloud innovation, ensuring our solutions meet high standards in performance, scalability, security, and business continuity.

• Design hybrid infrastructure solutions that integrate cloud and on-premises systems, aligned with enterprise goals and IT strategy.
• Define architecture blueprints for compute, storage, networking, and identity services across hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing infrastructure, and propose modernization initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, security, and governance across environments, incorporating automation, observability, and resilience principles.
• Lead infrastructure assessments, migrations, and transformation projects that bridge legacy systems with modern platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and architectural standards.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle management, disaster recovery planning, and capacity forecasting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and operations teams, providing thought leadership on hybrid infrastructure best practices.

How you strengthen our team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IT infrastructure, including hybrid cloud models.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization platforms, storage systems, and networking architectures.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud services and hybrid connectivity solutions..
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools..
• Solid understanding of identity and access management across cloud and on-prem.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks relevant to hybrid IT (ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
