Technisch Applicatiebeheer (TAB)

Functiebeschrijving
Jouw rol in ons team
Als TAB-medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van diverse applicaties en systemen. Je draagt zorg voor de stabiliteit, beschikbaarheid en beveiliging van deze applicaties en ondersteunt waar nodig met functioneel beheer
1. Technisch Beheer van voorkomende applicaties in verschillende klantomgevingen inclusief technische installatie, configuratie en beheer in samenwerking met andere teams binnen CGI GTO.
2. Functioneel Beheer (klein onderdeel):
• Ondersteunen bij vragen van gebruikers over applicaties en systemen.
• Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en het vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar technische oplossingen.
3. Applicatieonderhoud en monitoring:
• Onderhouden en bewaken van de technische werking van business applicaties.
• Kennis van technische beheer van CMS Applicaties is een pré.
• Zorgen voor een correcte werking van applicatie interfaces.
• Monitoren van BI-omgevingen en datawarehouses.
4. Samenwerking en coördinatie:
• Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders.
• Coördineren van werkzaamheden met andere IT-teams en leveranciers.
• Proactief deelnemen aan projecten en migraties.
• Standplaats: Amsterdam (en/of Arnhem en Rotterdam)

Hoe jij ons team versterkt
Communicatief vaardig met eindgebruikers en klanten
In staat om snel kennis te vergaren op gebied van nieuwe applicaties of klantomgevingen
Analytisch vermogen
Kennis van onderliggende Operating systemen als: Linux en MS Windows Server
bereidheid om mee te draaien in on-call diensten binnen het team.
Kennis van ITIL, DEVOPS of Agile Safe is een pré
Opleiding en certificeringen
• HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in IT of vergelijkbare richting.
• Certificeringen zoals ITIL, Microsoft, Linux, Docker, of vergelijkbaar zijn een pré.
Nederlandstalig met een goed niveau Engels.

Technical Application Manager

Position Description
As a TAB employee, you are responsible for the technical management and maintenance of various applications and systems. You ensure the stability, availability, and security of these applications and provide functional management support when necessary.

Your role in our team
Technical Management of various applications in different client environments, including technical installation, configuration, and management in collaboration with other teams within CGI GTO.

1. Functional Management (minor part):
• Supporting users with questions about applications and systems.
• Contributing to process optimization and translating user requirements into technical solutions.

2. Application Maintenance and Monitoring:
• Technical maintenance and monitoring of client business applications.
• Knowledge of maintaining CMS applications is preferred.
• Ensuring proper functioning of application interfaces.
• Monitoring BI environments and data warehouses.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating activities with other IT teams and suppliers.
• Proactively participating in projects and migrations.
• Location : Amsterdam (and/of Arnhem & Rotterdam)

How you strengthen our team
• Communicative skills with end-users and clients
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of new applications or client environments
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of underlying operating systems such as Linux and MS Windows Server
• Willingness to participate in on-call services within the team
• Knowledge of ITIL, DEVOPS, or Agile Safe is a plus
Education and Certifications
• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in IT or a similar field
• Certifications such as ITIL, MicrosoftDocker, or similar are a plus
• Technical applications and management
• Native Dutch with a good English level
