You will work at a large financial organization with offices in the Netherlands and abroad. The team that you will join is responsible to manage platform for all content worldwide. 
Your job is to be the bridge between different stakeholders and ascertain the realization of users that want to onboard the platform globally and initiate the perspective of this transformation through the perspectives of planning, benefits, organization, IT & process prerequisites,Functieomschrijving

• Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and architects to define the desired end-state for each product and process, identifying any gaps in the current process and implementing solutions.
• Organize and facilitate key meetings, including kick-off sessions, deep-dives, and process tests, ensuring they are productive and focused on the relevant content.
• Provide stakeholder management to ensure decisions are aligned with the needs of future users and communicate the implications of new processes effectively.
• Guide and support team members and other analysts in their development by providing constructive feedback within appropriate contexts.
• Lead and guide changes at the process level from initiation to implementation and post-implementation support.
• Act as a liaison between the departments and other involved parties, such as other business units, or stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Functie-eisen

• You have at least a completed Bachelor degree;
• You have at least a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business analyst in a corporate environment. 
• You have done a project with Front end application, UI or accessibility 
• You have strong analytical, communication and people skills;
• You can communicate in an platform based way on how to offer a service; 
• You have a an affinity with and working complex environments 
• You have affinity with managing online platform such as corporate websites. 
• You have exposure in setting up and tracking data driven processes.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• An attractive salary package to be negotiated 
• Holiday pay 8% of gross annual salary;
• 25 Vacation days + 0.5 bonus day per quarter if you have remained fit and healthy (read: do not report sick);
• Travel allowance 23 cents / kilometer;
• E-learning portal with (almost) all IT training and education that you can propose;
• 50 euros for medical expenses (you can count gross on top of your salary!)
