BaseClear is an accredited service laboratory for DNA-based research. For all areas in which DNA plays a key role, BaseClear has been offering services in the form of convenient and high-quality solutions for the last 20 years. BaseClear distinguishes itself by having a highly customer orientated approach, working in close collaboration with customers to develop solutions specifically matched to their needs.

An important part of the BaseClear portfolio comprises microbial genome analysis services. Here the management of big data and the development of intuitive online software applications play a crucial role to keep up with the growing demand of our customers. Recently we have started an initiative called Online Genomics through which we aim to offer data management and (SaaS) analysis solutions in a cloud platform.
