Functie-eisen Qualifications / Requirements for success
What we believe is the right skill set to be successful in this position:
-          3-5 years of prior experience in generalized IT systems and end user support
-          At least an MBO (Associate's) degree in IT or a related field. Related professional certifications and training are highly desirable, ITIL preferred.
-          Comprehensive generalized IT knowledge in:-          Reliable, friendly, trustworthy and professional team player, driven to provide outstanding service to internal customers.  Values integrity and respects confidentiality
-          Excellent listening and communication skills; willingness to strive for operational excellence, via clear and concise communication.

-          Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
-          Puts first things first.  Able to effectively prioritize multiple simultaneous projects and proactively manage time in order to meet deadlines and customer demands.
