Our global HR function seeks to attract and retain the best available professionals worldwide. This process is underpinned by a global recruitment management system (Talent Net) and an ongoing HR Systems and Services (HRSS) implementation project.

Global Support Specialist for HR Systems and Service
This is an important position in which you are responsible for the coordination and alignment with a wide range of HR functions, IM, and key users across our global business units. In this way you will act as a ‘Super User’, ensuring Talent Net optimization and the successful roll-out of the implementation to Talent Net countries.
You will be joining ICTerGezocht.nl, a multicultural and multination organization that is fully committed to your personal and professional growth and development. The position is located in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
First and foremost, you oversee the support and use of Talent Net and its processes so that country and business users are properly instructed to operate the systems and perform testing on system changes. This involves ensuring that country specific needs and processes are incorporated and aligned with corporate processes, and that sensitive data management is handled within HR boundaries.
At all times, you communicate HR solutions and changes to the country key-users and work with countries implementing the system.
Above and beyond this, you advise on the corporate HR systems strategy and future HR projects. This includes the innovation and improvement of current HRSS projects as we future proof our systems. You also analyze functional aspects of SAP support packages and estimate the business impact of new SAP functionalities.
In terms of the wider IT landscape, you constantly liaise with other internal ICTerGezocht.nl functions regarding system changes, updates and landscape implications and applications alignment.
To apply for this position you should have Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT. With this comes 3-5 years or more of work experience within functional IT support, including at least 2-3 years of experience within HR.
This position requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to balance the long-term, or ‘big-picture’, with the short-term needs of businesses and countries.
It is important that you are able to effectively communicate with, and present to, a wide range of internal and external audiences.
A high standard of written and spoken English is essential.
