Our main platform, the Product Experience (PEX™) has provided brands like Philips, Vodafone and Audi leading edge tools to engage their customers through several digital channels, touch points and devices. Development Director

…that is able to give the next impulse to our development department. Being fully responsible for our development team (15 FTE), we are looking for a Development Director that has broad experience in maximizing talent’s potential. Our team is eager to learn, and ready to take it to the next level, under the guidance of an experienced leader who leads by example and knows how to get things done.

Your responsibilities:
• Owner of’s development roadmap; leading and motivating the team, (re)designing processes, measuring productivity, managing en expanding offshore activities, initiating the support department;
• Planning and resource allocation of the total development team;
• Guidance of the technical direction of; in strong cooperation with the R&D Manager;
• Reporting directly to the Operational Director.

• Academic level;
• Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills;
• Strong teamplayer who enjoys personal interaction as well as intellectual collaboration;
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role (i.e. Development Manager, Operational Manager, Technical Director, CTO, Research & Development - Manager) preferably gained in a digital/software development environment;
• Truly dedicated;
• Opinionated self-starter.
