Jouw rol in ons team
Als Resource Expert ben je de spil tussen onze klanten, het management en onze getalenteerde IT-professionals.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de inzet van ons menselijk kapitaal en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment aan de juiste projecten werken.

Als Resource Expert binnen de Sector Financial Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor de matching, resourcing en recruitment. Je werft zowel intern als extern de juiste kandidaten voor onze klanten en opdrachten, je matcht onze consultants op klantaanvragen, je onderhoudt contacten met eindklanten, fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt en verzorgt de commerciële aanbiedingen richting klanten.

Hierin werk je nauw samen met het managementteam waarbij jij tevens de kwaliteit borgt van de data met betrekking tot beschikbaarheid, CV’s, opleidingen e.d.

Hoe jij ons team versterkt
We verwachten een ondernemende, communicatieve en proactieve instelling van jou. Je bent assertief, zelf startend en initiatiefrijk, je beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht wat je combineert met een portie tact. Je werkt transparant samen met het team om de doelstellingen te bereiken. Je kunt werken onder stress (je moet vele ballen in de lucht houden)

Daarnaast heb je:
• Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau.
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als resourcecoördinator en/of recruiter, bij voorkeur in een IT-gerichte organisatie
• Commerciële sensitiviteit
• Vermogen om makkelijk te schakelen met kandidaten, collega’s, hiring managers en externe partijen
• Sterke administratieve skills
•Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Position Description
Are you the Resource Expert who knows how to find the right person, at the right time, for the right assignment and at the right price? Then we are looking for you!

Your role in our team
As a Resource Expert, you are the key link between our clients, management and our talented IT professionals.
You are responsible for optimizing the deployment of our human capital and ensuring that the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.
As a Resource Expert within the Financial Services sector, you are responsible for matching, resourcing and recruitment. You source the right candidates, both internally and externally, for our clients and assignments. You match our consultants to client requests, maintain relationships with end clients, act as a central point of contact and prepare commercial proposals for clients.
In this role, you work closely with the management team and are also responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data relating to availability, CVs, training and other relevant information.

How you strengthen our team
We expect you to have an entrepreneurial, communicative and proactive mindset. You are assertive, self-starting and take initiative. You have strong influencing skills, which you combine with tact and diplomacy. You collaborate transparently with the team to achieve our objectives and are able to perform well under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

In addition, you have:
•A completed higher professional education degree (HBO) or equivalent level of education and experience.
•At least three years of experience as a Resource Coordinator and/or Recruiter, preferably within an IT-focused organization.
•Strong commercial awareness.
•The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, colleagues, hiring managers and external parties.
•Strong administrative skills.
•Excellent command of both Dutch and English.

As a Resource Expert, you will join our Financial Services sector, focusing on banks and financial institutions at CGI Netherlands.
