Desktop Support Engineer L2

What will you be doing?

• You provide daily on-site and remote desktop support , handling incoming phone calls and tickets, and resolving hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
• You perform break/fix work , analyze malfunctions, and resolve problems within Windows environments and simple Mac environments , as well as with printers, peripherals, and approved business applications.
• You collaborate with supervisors, managers, and external suppliers to ensure consistent service delivery, clear communication, and compliance with SLA agreements for all services.

What do you need:

Education & Certifications
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field (or equivalent work experience). Certifications such as CompTIA A+ , Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) , or similar certifications are a plus.
Experience in Desktop Support

• 2-3 years of experience supporting Windows 7-10 environments .
• Experience with:
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy (GPO)
  • Microsoft 365
  • PC hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Helpdesk and ticketing systems

Technical skills

• LAN/WAN networks
• TCP/IP
• VPN solutions
• Network troubleshooting
• Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android)
• Enterprise antivirus and encryption solutions

Professional skills

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented attitude and motivation to meet SLA agreements.

Work attitude

• Proactive, organized, and flexible.
• Able to work independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work outside regular working hours if necessary.
