Functieomschrijving
You will be responsible for managing IT related project follow up and Exact ERP administration.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Provide first line support for Exact Globe ERP system, experienced provide solutions of ERP customization.
- Coordinate or manage IT related projects with BV staff and consultants.
- Maintain an overview of current and future IT projects and decide on priorities together with the BV management team and the Global IT Department.
- Coordinate BV IT infrastructure, projects, policies, and procedures.
- Capable of managing complex projects within a highly regulated industry
Functie-eisen
- College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Exact Globe ERP system.
- Good knowledge of SQL server and reporting.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and is a team player.
- Interest in microbiology and sterilization a plus.
- Firm and independent personality.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques is a plus.
