Based in: Near The Hague in Voorburg, The Netherlands
Here's a unique opportunity for an experienced Service Manager, to join one of the world's leading Digital Marketing Companies! With a people-focused approach to blending media, technology and data in marketing, we serve some of the world's biggest brands.
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our European Team in Voorburg (near The Hague) and to be part of our Development Team.

The role:
A real caretaker, who has empathy towards the customers. Make sure that our approach to account managers and product users is human, maintains strong relationships, and is value-driven. You will be part of a development team and work closely with your colleagues in the Netherlands, Europe as well as other international colleagues.

Place within the organisation :
  • Reports to Head of Development
  • Interacts with Account Managers and product users
Tasks:
  • You will be supervising other members of the service delivery team
  • You own the issues, regularly updates customers about the statuses
  • Fix various ETL issues without escalating to the development team if possible
  • Makes sure that product documentation is 100% up to date according to the latest releases
  • Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management
  • Regularly audits work being done and customer service is provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
  • You oversee team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure the highest quality of work
  • You manage JIRA workflows, set-up SLA's and metrics

Functie-eisen Your profile:
  • You have knowledge of Jira and Jira workflows,
  • You have average technical understanding of data manipulation and ETL operations (REST API, JSON and XML formats)
  • You have a willingness to learn custom products working in the Google Marketing Platform universe (DV360, CM360, etc)
  • 3 years experience as Service Manager or equivalent role
  • You are fluent in English both verbal and plus other European language,
  • You have a strong focus,
  • You are willing to work in an international environment
