That your analyses and designs ensure flawless IT fulfilment of the Risk & Finance business initiatives and requirements. As a Business Analyst you can make a difference by giving the right directions for development and continuous improvement of our credit risk applications.
About Credit Core……
The Credit Journey is one of the key processes of the bank and all business units offer credit solutions. CreditCore delivers centrally managed group functionality such that Business Units can optimally perform their end-to-end credit process. They also can monitor quality of data and portfolios providing insight to continuously improve the end-to-end credit process. Credit Core helps to increase trust from the regulator and from the public. We achieve uniformity, simplification and efficiency in the Credit Journey within the bank.
Through the creation of a central overview and by accurately monitoring the portfolios we offer actionable data to the group to improve quality of processes and decisions
Our credit risk framework is the foundation for clear and consistent implementations of global standards that adhere to regulation and ensures protection against inadmissible credit risk.

  • You translate business requirements and issues into high level analyses and designs that are in line with the chosen business and IT architectures,
  • You are a sparring partner for business management, development teams, product owners and other stakeholders.
  • You challenge and support the business teams proactively and you contribute in guiding the development teams with a long-term and strategic view.
  • You are and remain abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these in the execution of your business analysis work.
  • You are the ambassador to improve the Way of Work. We aim to create standards across the CreditCore tribe; one way of working and one language, will help to improve our quality and market time. 
With each other
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Credit Risk is positioned within the Risk & Finance IT domain, responsible for Rabobank's backbone IT systems for the Risk and Finance business functions. Within that domain is Group Risk Finance Data warehouse Credit responsible for creating a data warehouse containing a single source of truth for regulatory reporting.
Our Credit Risk team brings talented people together to continuously build. In your role as Business Analyst you will have your home within Credit Risk, but will very actively work with the Business units and other internal and external stakeholders. With you as a Business Analyst, the squad team will consist of approximately 9 colleagues in a variety of roles, including Solution Architects, Software Engineers and Business Analysts.
"With the recent migration from the CreditCore progam towards the CreditCore Tribe setup, the planned implementation of Credit Risk's new architecture, Rabobank is compliant with the new standards on credit risk parameters. Not only to be compliant, moreover to create real business value with all the new process steps which are supported by the new Credit Risk applications.

Functie-eisen With you
Customer focus, innovative thinking, change execution power and persuasiveness are clearly essential for the role of Business Analyst. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
  • University/bachelor level education or similar other educations
  • Relevant experience in banking and/or financial services IT
  • Experience with lending, credit, and/or special asset risk management
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures;
  • Experienced in stakeholder management;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (Preferable)
  • Flexible and constructively critical attitude, strong analytic mindset, result oriented and pro-active approach in delivering results
  • Experience in agile environment, experience with DevOps, SCRUM and LEAN
