• Convert business needs and problems into designs and specifications that adhere to the framework for business and IT architecture that has been chosen.
• Monitor the quality of work delivered by internal stakeholders in the development teams throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
• Recognizing the business needs & understanding complex business problems and suggest the best processes to support them.
• Gather & document business needs and collaborate with stakeholders on the IT side.

Functie-eisen

• You have 5+ years of expertise working in complex IT systems in the capacity of a Business Analyst & Project Management in a financial institution.  
• You can independently take on complex problems, analyze and communicate to multiple high level stakeholders. 
• You can translate business requirements and issues into designs and specifications that are in line with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.
• You have knowledge of relevant work experience in Treasury/ ALM and QRM in a fast paced environment. 
• You are a clear communicator who is able to liaise and network with several stakeholders.

Requirements (Nice to have)

• Affinity of public cloud service 
• Affinity with Risk and modelling in a Banking environment.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Holiday pay 8.333% of gross annual salary.
• 13-month bonus pay-out 
• 25 vacation days + 0.5 bonus day per quarter if you have remained fit and healthy (read: do not report sick)
• Travel allowance: 21 cents / kilometer

You will be working in a large financial organization based in The Netherlands. The team you are joining is responsible for building solutions and services that can facilitate the running of QRM Department. Besides this the team corresponds with teams vertically and horizontally to focus on building multiple solutions which can compare data sets on the data quality framework and eventually create a solutions around the QRM output. As a business Analyst, you role is to align with stakeholders such as Risk Managers, Developers, product owners and Project managers in supporting the business' processes used to creating these tooling within the QRM department.
