Your role: Lead Frontend Developer Utrecht
We are currently looking for a lead frontend developer with Angular18 experience, great communication skills, experience with proper SE best practices (agile, test automation, knowledge sharing, customer journeys), tech leadership and a clear vision on the future of everything frontend. As Lead Frontend Developer Utrecht you will hands on work on one of their multiple feature teams to help improve the conversion and user satisfaction of their medical clients, but will also be domain lead on everything frontend within the organization. Although they also have other teams working on the consumer side of the product, so switching teams is definitely possible in the future. This domain Lead will be leading a team of 5 frontend engineers, help to put in place the best best practices and be the person to pull the best frontend ideas into the company. Furthermore this tech lead will be THE GUY/WOMEN to help this tech organization formulate the best frontend vision (how to best service consumers/patients? How to best improve mobile? How to create homogeneous version control?). This tech lead will be THE right hand of the architect, the leading technical person on everything frontend.

What is needed?

• 6+ years of professional frontend development and experience
• Experience with technical leadership and mentoring
• A strong vision on the future of frontend
• A great communicator
• Experience with Angular18
• Experience with modern software engineering best practices (agile, test automation, knowledge sharing, customer journeys)
• A technical BSc or higher is a plus
