• Ensuring optimal functioning, monitoring processes and directing actions for the Service Desk and Workplace Support.
• Taking care of hardware replacement.
• Prepare various reports on, for example, customer satisfaction.
• Installing, configuring and monitoring applications

Functie-eisen

• Obtained at least Vocational Degree MBO
• Knowledge of ITIL and Active Directory
• Working experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Windows 10
• Able to work in a team with hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skill and solution-oriented
• Excellent command of Dutch and English language
