At this moment a lot of employees still use fixed company telephones, in which a large fee will be paid for every month. But in this digital era there are a lot of ways to communicate with each other, like teams, Webex and mobile phones. Therefore, the organization is looking for a Project Manager who will start with the next step in digitalizing the department regarding telephony.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for gathering information by setting up surveys, having discussions with stakeholders and the business. Based on that you will make an analysis and a conclusion what the best switch would be regarding the digitalization of telephony. Furthermore, you will act on your conclusions and ensure that people follow your ideas of change.
The scope of this project will start with a pilot of around 200 users with a focus on the Netherlands and Belgium. After the successful implementation and when is proven that this digitalization was needed and achievable, this will be expanded to a wider population.
