What will you do?

PalmSens BV develops, produces and sells portable electrochemical measurement devices and modules for the international market. We develop custom devices and apps on demand for specific markets, like the food industry or point-of-care medical devices. In this case our instruments are used to analyze for example, food or blood samples for bacteria, viruses (like covid-19) or heavy metals in the environment.

Where will you work?

We are an established company with a strong market position. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team (hardware, software and firmware) developing software for instruments used all over the world in various fields of research, including medical, food, wearables, environmental, and more. We encourage initiative and creativity and to keep yourself updated with the latest trends and technologies.

What do we ask of you?
You have:

• a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• experience working on back-end / core libraries
• experience with threading / tasks, locks, dispatchers
• familiar with MVVM, Mediator and repository patterns

It would be an advantage if you have:

• experience with serial / Bluetooth / FTDI / USB communication in .NET
• a special interest in developing software to control electronics/hardware
• experience with .NET front-end technologies
