Experienced Software Engineer C# with .NET Framework Eindhoven • Trinamics

Trinamics is looking for an experienced Software Engineer with experience in C#. The job location is the Eindhoven region of the Netherlands, where you’ll contribute to creating high-end machines which are delivered to semiconductor companies worldwide. You will be part of an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team and you will be responsible for the software used in high-end machines. You will work within a distributed software environment, capitalizing on .NET software technology in an Agile development context to create solutions that customers specified.

As a software engineer your responsibilities include the full software development cycle of new features and product improvement. This includes design, testing and documentation and maintenance of our applications. 

What you can expect to be doing:

You will develop hands-on software development and integrate software components within the machine building industry. You can think of building designs, based on a full comprehension of the requirements and debugging of the application and fix issues. But also learning specific domain knowledge to enable testing the new functionality at the R&D systems and capture specific domain knowledge. All of the before mentioned tasks will be realized by working together in different Scrum teams.

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Informatics or related technical subject area;
• Extensive experience with software engineering with a lot of hardware interaction (N.B. Finance, banking and e-commerce experience is not relevant for this position)
• At least 5 years’ experience with software development in a technical environment;
• Up-to-date knowledge and shown hands-on experience of C# / .NET (including new concepts and software best practices);
• Experienced in the Agile/Scrum way of working;
• Eager to learn about new technical domains and principles;
• Problem solving analytical skills, structured and accurate way of working and in general a proactive and independent person;
• Good English communication skills.
