Your Role: Senior Backend Typescript Engineer Amsterdam
As a Senior Backend Typescript Engineer Amsterdam, you will work closely with mega smart and social engineers and you can learn from founders who are real techies. Here you can add end-to-end value, so in addition to backend, you can give your Cloud (AWS Serverless) skills (and thus market value) and huge boost! Here you will work on the all-important systems that millions of people directly use and can get stuck into cool technical challenges where scalability, security, testing, and performance are key components. Currently, you have an impactful challenge ahead of you to build dozens of integrations and links with large Fintech companies, which will lay the foundation for continued growth. You can also get stuck into building smart features and microservices that have direct end-user impact and help in optimizing the strengths of their Event-Driven Architecture. And there are multiple greenfield projects on the roadmap for this & next year! Tech stack: , Clojure, React Native, AWS Serverless, DynamoDB, GraphQL, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain Driven Design Given the company is continuously growing, there are many opportunities for growth: lead, principal or architect, you can become it all!

What is required?

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Professional experience with
• Experience within modern Cloud/Microservices environments
• Polyglot and proactive problem solving mindset
• Completed technical bachelor's and/or master's degree are pluses
• Experience with AWS (Serverless) is a big plus
• Experience within start-up/scale-up environment is a big plus
• Experience within Fintech is a plus
• Experience with Clojure and React (Native) are pluses
• Experience with architecture/design, leadership, and mentoring are pluses
• Experience with scalability, security, and encryption are pluses
