Your job: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer Amsterdam
As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer in Amsterdam, you can build the foundation of this tech scale-up and then scale it up to millions of end users. The roadmap contains more than enough challenges, such as building cool features and migrating important services from monolith to microservices. In addition, you can make a direct impact on user interfaces that will be used by millions of people! Also, the role of Golang is becoming more and more important as the load on the server increases. This includes possible technical challenges to introduce asynchronous data, event sourcing, and Kafka and you can have a crucial impact on this! You also get the freedom to implement new tech & innovations. As mentioned, no shortage of challenges!

What is required?

• 4+ years of professional backend engineering experience
• Experience with Golang (or willingness to learn)
• Experience with React and Javascript
• Polyglot mindset and experience with at least 2 programming languages
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Cloud and Microservices
• A technical bachelor and/or master or a comparable level of thinking is a plus
• Experience with Node.JS is a plus
• Experience with GCP is a plus
• Experience with DevOps is a plus
• Experience introducing new technologies is a plus
• Experience with architecture & design is a plus
