Miele X is expanding fast, which is why we are looking for an IT & Facility manager in our Operational Excellence & Information Management Team. You will be responsible for the forecast, ordering and distribution of the IT related items in our office and you will ensure that our hardware and software operates efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities include duties like managing, labeling and distributing the IT hardware for the daily office activities, ensuring the relevant devices are in place for new colleagues when onboarding as well as representing Miele X as first point of contact when it comes to IT/Audiovisual setup and support for meetings and events.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote a positive and productive office culture and support the IT setup for company-wide events and communications in corporation with the office manager in the Operational Excellence & Information Management Team.
• Assist the IT department in the onboarding process by ordering, labeling and distributing IT (hardware and software) on a daily basis. On the longer term, safeguard a smooth implementation of new IT tooling and propose optimization opportunities pro-actively.
• Encourage and drive knowledge exchange between MXA's business teams of IT needs and best practices in using our IT Facilities.
• Be the number one problem solver when it comes to IT Facility (related) questions. Supporting IT security.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2-3 years proven track record in a similar role in a fast-paced organisation, preferred in an Agile organized environment. Vocational School Degree in Facility Management with focus on IT, or similar experience in a related field.
• Self starter with strong project management and organization skills. Outstanding technical skills in combination with the skill to translate technical knowledge to each of your colleagues.
• Experience with or interest in audiovisual equipment.
• Understanding or affinity of eCommerce technologies and digital marketing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
