Description

As a 2nd line support, you would have to:
  • Install, configure, upgrade and repare Dell desktops and laptops
  • Manage iPhone and Android phones\tablets via InTune MDM
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10, (Mac OSX,) Microsoft 365 Suite, and other internal applications
  • Do management of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, MS Exchange, SCCM, JAMF including add/change/move requests
  • Provide on-site support for the Amsterdam offices, and remote for the locations in EMEA
  • Assist with troubleshooting and work with telecom engineers to resolve issues with telephony systems
  • Work with desktop and telecom related projects (e.g. software or hardware implementations, office re-locations, new IBX builds, IT license audits, etc.).

Functie-eisen The successful candidate has:

* Minimum MBO4 in IT
* Excellent English written and oral communication skills
* Strong knowledge of SCCM, JAMF, Windows 10, Mac OS, Office O365
* Experience of working with ServiceNow (creating and updating reports and dashboards)
* Knowledge of system administration, networks and VoIP concepts
* Customer service background
* Experience of working in a fast and dynamic but VERY customer-oriented IT Support department
* IT certificates (MCDST, Microsoft)
* Experience with Zoom conference room technology
