Softlution is a subsidiary of VRC Netshopping bv Holding. VRC started in 1996 as distributor for the Benelux of the Intershop E-Business software. In 2004 Softlution became independant and started to offer its customers other E-Business solutions as well.

On September 1st, 2011 Softlution acquired Content Architects. This acquisition strengthens the position of Softlution in the Benelux with hybris multi-channel implementations.

The Softlution Group is a growing organization with currently about 80 employees, working from four locations in three countries:
The Netherlands (Eindhoven Assen)
Belgium (Hasselt)
Germany (Lnen near Dortmund Stuttgart).
Furthermore, we have a nearshoring facility in Belarus (Minsk).
