Function description

You come in service of YACHT as Functional Administrator. You receive directlyan indefinite contract and follow for 2 years the Business Information Management (BIM) training program. During this program you follow trainings (incl. certifications) and trainings for hard skills (BiSL, SCRUM) and soft skills (communication skills, dealing with resistors). You will do this together with other colleagues who will start at the same time as you in this program. The salary for this role is maximum € 4.300,- combination with the 2-year training program based on 40 hours per week, depending on what you bring in relevant experience.

As Interim Professional Functional Management you will carry out assignments for clients within educational institutions such as colleges and universities. In accordance with your training plan, the assignments will be tailored to your wishes and needs. As Functional Administrator you will carry out assignments such as implementations of new educational applications (e.g. Eduarte or Magister), application migrations or regular management. In addition, you will write user manuals and work on process optimization. You are the linking pin between business and IT.

In daily practice, you are responsible for the functioning and optimisation of the information flows at our clients. Because of the constant change in the needs of users, management and other stakeholders, the information flows, applications and systems are constantly changing.

Thanks to your communication skills, you will be able to identify the wishes and needs of the users and you will be able to translate these into IT. Your interest in people, technology and processes allows you to optimally connect with both business and IT.

Functional Management is a broad role, in which you can participate from different backgrounds. Do you have experience as a Functional Administrator within education and are you familiar with applications such as Eduarte, Osiris, Magister (or other education applications) and are you ready for a 2nd or 3rd step in your career where you want to continue to develop yourself, then this program fits well!

To participate in our unique Business Information Management program, the minimum requirement is an HBO diploma and you have at least 2 years of experience in the field of BIM. Other info Terms of employment

In addition to the maximum salary of € 4.300,- b.p.m., 2 years training program and the indefinite contract, you will also receive a bonus arrangement,25 days of vacation and 8% vacation allowance on a fulltime annual basis. Of course YACHT contributes to your pension. Beside this package we will discuss if the use of a lease car is desired!
