In your role as an experienced ICT service desk employee, you and the team are co-responsible for all incoming 1st and 2nd line incidents. You can answer a wide range of IT-related questions by e-mail or telephone. It is your job to support the user as effectively and qualitatively as possible.
Are you patient, service- and customer-oriented and do you have the knowledge to support our customers optimally, apply immediately.

  • Accepting, recording and handling incidents;
  • Investigating and analysing incidents;
  • Switching with other departments in order to continue/resolve 2nd and/or 3rd line incidents;
  • Creating user accounts and giving rights within Active Directory;
  • Monitoring the systems;
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software malfunctions;
  • Advising users in the event of ICT malfunctions;
  • Support users remotely or on-site;
  • Record and coordinate reported incidents;
  • Monitoring the reported incidents in compliance with the SLA.
  • Installing software/hardware;

Requirements The ideal Felton employee meets the following qualifications:
  • Completed MBO level 4 ICT-oriented course ;
  • Good hardware and software knowledge (Microsoft)
  • Mastery of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing;
  • At least 3 years experience as a service desk employee;
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good hardware and software knowledge (Microsoft);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server;
  • Knowledge and experience with Topdesk is an advantage;
  • Knowledge and experience of ITIL is an advantage;
  • Communicative skills;
  • Passion for technology and innovation;
  • Enterprising;
  • Team player;
  • Customer-oriented and service-oriented;
  • Pragmatic.
