Function description The ICT support employee offers (1st line) support to our customers with questions about the ISP applications. Your interlocutors are mostly financial employees, financial managers, controllers and employees of the ICT department, which means that you get both questions of a functional nature as well as more technical questions. Examples include questions about digitizing invoices, processing purchase orders, the workflow and archiving information, but also about the interfaces with the various (financial) ERP packages with which our customers work (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards, Axapta, Infor etc.). It is your job to resolve and deal with them as quickly and effectively as possible, both by telephone and by email via our ticket system.

You take care of a clear problem definition and ensure that the customer is kept informed of the progress of his 'incident'. Of course you will speak to our customers in a pleasant and friendly way. At ISProjects, we attach great value to fulfilling our agreements with customers. It is therefore your job to monitor the deadlines of the incidents. After resolving an incident, you provide good documentation and qualification in the system.

Requirements As an ICT support employee at ISProjects you have access to:
  • Mbo/hbo diploma in an ICT technical direction.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, e.g. at a service desk at an ERP supplier or at a financial department with many ICT tasks.
  • Demonstrable experience with ICT.
  • Knowledge of financial/administrative processes is an advantage.
Critical success factors / competencies for this role are: working systematically, acting technically proficient, acting customer-oriented, handling criticism, acting decisively, understanding and analyzing others.
