Function description A function where you use your problem solving skills to provide support to users within a diverse and complex office automation environment from a high skilled service desk or onsite. You can empathize with the customer and their problems. You will receive clear answers to your questions, both by phone and e-mail. On the basis of the incoming questions you ask the right priorities.

You are very customer-, service- and result-oriented and you can and dare to think out of the box when it comes to solutions. You are collegial and can work well in a team. ITIL methods and automated service desk systems offer you professional support in your work. You will be given sufficient training opportunities to further develop yourself in, for example, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, ITIL or SharePoint. In this way, you determine the direction of your career. Thanks to Centric's regional spread, there is always a challenging assignment in your area. The various secondment activities, project activities and outsourcing processes offer you varied work experience at large clients in the region.

  • Completed IT training at MBO level 4
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a hero at an ICT service desk
  • Experience with service desk or workplace management activities
  • Experience with on site and remote support work
  • Certificates in the field of ITIL and Microsoft (or willing to obtain them) Good command of the Dutch and English languages
  • Driving licence B
  • A salary between 1,700 euros and 1,900 euros gross
