Function description The world is plagued by rogue software and hardware issues. That's why we are looking for a Support Engineer / Service Desk Employee IT with superpowers! A support hero who can help end users with unselfish and fearless questions and IT problems. Are you the fearless anti-villain who offers remote and on-site support to our clients in trouble? Holy system failure, Batman - apply before it's too late!

As a Support Engineer / Service Desk Officer IT, you combine your superhuman tricks and powers to get end users back to work in no time at all. You can do this independently or together with your supersonic helpdesk colleagues. Your weapons of choice - besides your technical abilities? Precision, service orientation, a sense of responsibility and - of course - your special gift to stay cool under the most heated conditions. Do you have the power of elasticity? That's a good thing, because committing heroic deeds is varied work and requires the necessary flexibility.

If you work at the ICT helpdesk, you will perform a huge number of rescue actions in a short period of time and you will have plenty of room to further refine your strengths. This may cause you to grow out of your Support Engineer superhero-outfit. But don't worry! Requirements
  • A completed MBO ICT training at level 4
  • Experience with service desk or workplace management activities
  • Experience with onsite and remote support activities
  • Preferably experience with Active Directory and registration tools such as Topdesk
  • Preferably certificates in the field of ITIL and Microsoft
  • A good command of the Dutch (and English) language
  • Driving licence B
