Function description Are you ready for a new IT challenge, in which you go into depth with our clients? Have you already earned your spurs at the Service Desk and do you like challenging incidents? What are you going to do as an Experienced Service desk clerk?
You are the first point of contact for end users who experience IT problems. Think of problems with software, documents, printers or mobile devices. You register the service requests in a Service Management System. In the first instance, you try to solve the incident yourself. You can't do this? Then you forward the notifications to one of your colleagues, informing the user of the progress. You always make sure that the end user can get back to work as quickly as possible without any worries. Regardless of the problem, you always know how to keep a cool head and remain customer- and service-oriented.

  • You will continue to grow in IT infrastructures, Operating Systems, applications and hardware;
  • you might work in shifts, so you have no problem with flexible working hours;
  • get your certificates for and through the work you do on a daily basis;
  • you're always customer- and solution-oriented;
  • Conquer your workplace as an indispensable support specialist for end users;
  • you work on the productivity of the client.

Requirements Who are we looking for?

These are your qualities:
  • in possession of an mbo level 3 or 4 IT degree;
  • curiosity about the latest developments within IT;
  • a good command of Dutch and English;
