Function description Are you looking for the next step in your current position as a service desk employee with more variety between daily service desk work and project work on location at customers? In this broad position you are as an ICT employee responsible for the management of the ICT environments of our customers. In addition, you offer support to customer issues. You are responsible for the technical management of the ICT infrastructure of customers, ensuring the continuity and availability of business critical systems and applications by proactively detecting failures within the environments through the monitoring systems.
Your daily activities will consist of user support to customers such as maintaining customer workstations, servers, network equipment and business applications. These activities will be carried out both remotely and on location at the customer. You will support the service desk in handling incidents and you will participate in projects for installation / replacement / expansion of ICT environments.

It concerns an employment of at least 32 to 40 hours per week for the period of one year with a view to a permanent contract. The position is available immediately.

  • Analyse and solve first and second line problems
  • Monitoring the ICT environments
  • Manage and maintain Windows/VMWare environments
  • Manage and maintain network environments
  • Participate in projects for placement / replacement / expansion of ICT environments
  • Set up and install VoIP telephony solutions
  • Drafting and managing documentation and licenses

  • MBO4+ work and thinking level
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in ICT
  • Experience with a ticketing system for handling incidents
  • Good command of the Dutch language
  • Good command of the English language
  • In possession of a B driving licence
  • Knowledge of the basic network infrastructure is a requirement
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 is a requirement
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 is a requirement
  • Skills: Eager to learn, enthusiastic, communicatively strong
  • Knowledge of a cloud service such as Office 365 or VoIP telephony is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Apple MacOS is a plus
  • Being in possession of recently obtained Microsoft certificates as MCSA certification is an advantage.
  • Being in possession of a Cisco certification as a CCNA certification is an advantage.
  • Mastery of the German language is an advantage.
