Function description Global-E ICT Solutions (Gilze) is looking for a Support Engineer to strengthen its support team. Will you join our team with your enthusiasm?

Your mission
As a Support Engineer you offer support on demand. Our Support department is the first point of contact for our customers in case of technical questions, modifications (RFC), updates and/or problems. Given the diversity of our services, this may include workstations, servers (in the cloud and/or locally), internet connections and telephone exchanges.

Requirements You are a people-man, who likes to have intensive contact with customers and who also values collegiality. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the continuity of our service provision and a high level of customer satisfaction. You are able to listen carefully and to ask the right questions, so that you can provide support directly, by phone and/or remote, where possible. Furthermore, you are responsible for escalations and their proper registration.

It goes without saying that you are very interested in acquiring knowledge and that you have a clear desire to move forward. A next step in your career to act at a high senior level, where you also encourage your colleagues to a higher level.

You also have access to..:
  • MBO training completed, preferably ICT management level 4;
  • Certification MCSE or MCSA;
  • Work experience in a Skilled Support department and experience with Office 365 is an advantage.
