What are you going to do
?

Agrifirm is looking for a Business Process Specialist P2P (Purchase to Pay) for 32-40 hours for its 'One way of Working' programme, based in Apeldoorn.

Agrifirm is implementing an S/4HANA template for its worldwide organisation within the 'One way of Working' programme.

As a P2P Business Process Specialist, you will be working with the latest SAP C4C software related to a large S/4HANA programme.

As part of the implementation of the "One way of Working" programme, you will familiarise yourself with the P2P processes and systems and then train local key users and support them in testing.

You will advise, inform and support managers and/or employees on issues within the P2P processes. You will also be responsible for drawing up and implementing process descriptions and user manuals. Of course, you will not do this alone. You will work in a team with business and ICT professionals, each with their own expertise. Colleagues from whom you as a BPS can learn a lot and spar with.

The Business Process Specialist P2P reports to the Deployment Manager

  • Minimal HBO work and thinking level towards IT and/or Procurement
  • Work experience within a large IT environment
  • Experience with writing work instructions and process modulation
  • You can structure and transfer information
  • You have affinity with purchasing processes
  • Relevant work experience as a SAP key-user is an advantage.
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages is a must (orally and in writing).
  • Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis
  • Affinity with the agricultural sector is a strong advantage.
