The development, integration, delivery and management of IV solutions for the Tax and Customs Administration chains surcharges, turnover tax, customs and income tax? The integration business service (IBS) is responsible for this. The business sets the goals and priorities, after which we take care of the preparation and realization (epics and features) using the agile working method and in accordance with the scaled agile framework.

In your role as senior business analyst / process designer, you are the connecting link between the business, architecture, ICT, test phase and implementation. You have knowledge of all these sub-areas and are able to deal with the complexity involved. You will draw up requirements, business and information analyses and design logical process and data models. You ensure that the possibilities of technology, legislation and business operations are incorporated in your design products. You design specifications with which your IT colleagues can build the functionalities. In addition, you make sure that in the realization and implementation, the designs are correctly interpreted.

For process and organizational issues you offer solutions that you can actually design. In addition, you will be able to streamline and secure extensive and complex process changes, and increase the effectiveness of our organization with optimally designed business processes.

Job requirement
  • You have a higher professional education (hbo) level with a preferably completed course in computer science or business administration or in another direction relevant to the position.
  • You have at least two years of relevant work experience in process design.
  • You have knowledge of and experience with methods and techniques in the field of process design and preferably with describing functionalities using the agile approach.
  • You are familiar with agile and the application of the scrum methodology.
  • You preferably have knowledge of data modelling and enterprise studio (BPMN).

Salary description In principle, grading takes place in the next lower salary scale. In the presence of relevant knowledge, experience or because of labour market considerations, you can be placed on a higher position in the relevant salary scale. It is also possible, in special cases in which the available knowledge and/or experience justifies this, to be placed directly in the salary scale appropriate to the position.
Monthly salary Min €3,256 - Max €5,003 (gross)
Fixed-term employment contract with a view to indefinite term
Temporary appointment / Fixed-term employment contract with a view to indefinite term
Minimum number of hours per week 32
Maximum number of hours per week 36
