It leads and owns the global ICT services strategy to meet increasing business needs. Accountable for running all centrally managed global ICT services across Heineken.

The role is within the HeiNET team, part of Global Service Delivery, which is responsible for providing Global WAN Services, including, but not limited to, International VPN connections, Remote access, Internet access, Firewalls, Business to Business connections, (reverse)Proxy services to more than 80 Operating Companies around the world. These Services are outsourced to multiple global Network Service Providers (NSP).

Your job
The service coordinator closely monitors the (operational) demand and supply in his/her area and is responsible that the service customers act within and according to the agreed ITSM framework. He/she regularly evaluates the service performance with customers and supplier(s), is responsible for continuous service improvement throughout the lifecycle, in order to optimise service delivery, speed of implementation, quality and cost efficiency.

The service coordinator acts as the main contact person for any issues in his/her area for all relevant parties, both internal and external. Being the counterpart for the infrastructure and security architect /consultant, the service coordinator is the first responsible for ensuring the solutions and services stays in line with architectural and security guidelines and policies.

The Service Coordinator is expected to demonstrate a high degree of personal ownership towards the services for which he/she is responsible. The Service Coordinator is part of a (global) team of HeiNET service coordinators and is required to work according to the team values, philosophy and agreements. The Service Coordinator HeiNET reports to the Service Manager HeiNET.

Your profile
• HBO/Bachelor with 4 till 6 years of relevant business experience, of which several years in a service delivery role
• Good understanding of current and future wide area network technology on a functional level (both data and voice)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
ITIL v3 certified
• Project Management skills (Prince II)
• Experience with complex international MPLS networks
• Full understanding of and working experience with TCP/IP
• Working experience in IPSEC and SSL VPNs. Fully understanding the technical setup of IPSEC and SSL VPNs.
• Understanding various ways of WAN routing using BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and Static routing
• Experience with Network Address Translation both within VPN Tunnels as well as on MPLS networking
• Understanding of application performance optimisation and WAN acceleration
• Knowledge on RADIUS/LDAP in combination with Remote Access
• Experience with setting up Reverse Proxy solutions
• Working knowledge of DNS and the impact on WAN and centralisation of applications

Furthermore the ideal candidate is result driven, and has a quality and customer oriented attitude. Strong analytical abilities, proven relationship management skills and an international orientation, he or she is prepared to travel and flexible with regards to office hours. A high level of stress tolerance is a must have.
